Return & Exchange Policy


We want to make sure you are as happy with your jewelry as possible. That's why we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your item's delivery. Our simple returns & exchanges portal makes it easy to go through the process and end up with the outcome you want.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

     
  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as you received it

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  •  
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  •  
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange process:

  5. Select the items you wish to return or exchange

  7. Choose your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  8.  
  9. Print the prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns)

  11. Package your items securely and drop off at your nearest shipping location

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Items without original packaging or tags
  •  
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective items and expedite your replacement or refund.

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with their return. We recommend declaring the package as "Returned Goods" to potentially reduce these fees.
